Fall Potluck: Saturday, 11/15 - Let’s gather, feast, and celebrate the season in full Queer joy! Bring a plate, bring a friend, and come exactly as you are for a cozy evening of community, connection, and fall magic. Queers Yoga: Monday 11/24 - Come move, breathe, and connect at our inclusive monthly yoga class for all levels. Led by a Queer instructor, with gender-neutral changing areas available. Join us for the 7:45–9:00 PM class at Ekam Yoga. Everyone’s welcome. Sign up here.

Queers & Beers: Wednesday 12/3 - A chill evening to connect and share good vibes with community over your favorite brew (or non-alcoholic option). No agenda, just Queer joy and good company.

Queer Book Club: Sunday 12/7- Join our Queer book club this month as we dive into Once & Future by A.R. Capetta & Cori McCarthy: a bold, Queer reimagining of the Arthurian legend where King Arthur is reborn as a teenage girl from space. Come, having read the whole book or only part of it! Queer Community Potluck – Gathering at UCC Pilgrim

This season, we invite you to join in on a Queer Community Potluck. We hope to create a warm, welcoming space to share food, laughter, and connection with other Queer community members and allies. As the days grow shorter and the world feels chaotic, these moments of togetherness remind us of the power of belonging and shared experiences.

We are thrilled to host this gathering at UCC Pilgrim Church in Bozeman, a congregation deeply committed to inclusivity, love, and affirmation of all people. On their home page, they lay out clearly that “No matter who you are or where you are on life's journey, you are welcome here.”

UCC Pilgrim is not just providing the space; they are a vibrant and supportive part of our local community. Their clergy include Queer individuals, and their mission is rooted in creating a spiritual home where everyone can bring their whole self. Whether you are a longtime attendee, exploring faith, or simply looking for a welcoming place to gather, you will find a warm embrace here.

By donating the space for us to host this potluck, UCC Pilgrim embodies the spirit of community we hope to nurture: a place where people can connect, celebrate identity, and build meaningful relationships. Bring a dish to share, or simply bring yourself. All are welcome. This is a time to gather without judgment, to enjoy good food, and to remember that queer community thrives when we come together.

Recurring Events

• Oh Hi! Collective hosts their next Community Monday on December 8th. This monthly meeting space is for transgender, non-binary, and gender non-conforming folks to connect, affirm, and share experiences about identity, community, and transition. Join for free on the second Monday of every month. This event is 18+. Allies, with love, this is not your space. Community Monday attendees are welcome to bring a supportive friend if wanted or needed. RSVP here.

• Every Thursday, 3:30 - 6:00 PM, Pride House holds open hours. This is a space for middle and high school students to gather safely to learn about LGBTQ+ identity, receive guidance, and relax. If you are interested in volunteering to staff during these open hours, contact pridehouse406@gmail.com.

• Run Queer Bozeman meets at The Daily every first Wednesday at 7:00 AM for a three-mile run followed by coffee and socializing. They’ve also added some Sunday runs! Follow their Instagram here for updates!

• MSU QSA (follow their Instagram) meets on Mondays at 7 PM. DM them for details!

Community Support Opportunities

• Are you affected by the SNAP funding freeze and government shutdown? Our community orgs with resource include Gallatin Valley Food Bank and HRDC, a local nonprofit. Check out HRDC’s food assistance and energy assistance pages.

• Want to help our community? Consider volunteering for Can the Griz, an annual food drive, or donating or volunteering with HRDC and the Gallatin Valley Food Bank.

Upcoming Events & Opportunities

• On Friday, November 14, help Danger! Toxic & the Drag Armory with Hazardous Materials Removal a drag show and fundraiser to help Danger! pay for their upcoming top surgery (all tips will still go to performers). The show kicks off at 8 PM at the Labor Temple. Tickets are $12 Venmo @Danger_Toxic or cash at the door. 18+ ONLY, BYOB. Come at from 6:30-7:30pm for a small art market ahead of the show.

• Studio Wheelhouse has a Native Art Celebration this Friday, November 14 from 4-8 PM feauturing artist lectures from Janice Kai, Naji Haska, and Shauna White Bear. There will be food & drink, vendors, a raffle, and more!

• Bozeman Poetry Collective is hosting Show & Tell at Studio Wheelhouse on November 14 from 8:00-10:00 PM. Bring your poems, artwork, love of community and creativity! BPC will also host their monthly Open Mic at Country Bookshelf on Friday, November 21st from 5:00-6:30 PM.

• Fruitbag Theater’s annual Shadow Cast production of Rocky Horror Picture Show on Saturday, November 22nd. It’s the 50th anniversary of this cult classic film and there’s never been a better time to watch the film for the first time or the 50th with live actors, drag and burlesque artists keeping you entertained. Don’t dream it, be it! Ticket are live for both an Early Show (starts at 6PM) and a Late Show (starts at 9PM). Prop bags also available for purchase!

• Inclusive Outdoors Project Bozeman is offering a one-hour avalanche awareness talk and one-hour beacon practice at the Bozeman Beacon Park. Learn how to recognize terrain, how weather influences avalanche hazard, and basic search & rescue. Bring your transceiver if you have it! December 4th, 6PM at the Story Mill Community Center. • Our friends at Raison D'être Dance Project are hosting their annual Sparkle Spectacular on New Year's Eve. This fundraiser promises shimmering showgirls, glitz, revelry, and sexy surprises. • The Pride Foundation’s 2026 Scholarship application is open now through January 9. These scholarships fund LGBTQ+ students “who are leaders — in their own lives, in their families, in their home communities, in their field of study, in their workplace, or in our movements for justice.” Students who need it are eligible regardless of school, major, or GPA.
